The City is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, contractors, firms, or organizations with demonstrated expertise in providing professional consulting services for the Phase II Badge Access System (Axis Communications).
The purpose of this RFP is to evaluate the qualifications, competence, and capacity of each Respondent to perform the work and provide the services described herein, in accordance with the requirements of this RFP. Proposals should clearly demonstrate the Respondent’s experience, the qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project, and a detailed approach that effectively meets the City’s objectives and requirements.
The City anticipates initiating this project upon approval by the City Council at its June 9, 2026 meeting, with an expected project completion date of September 28, 2026.
Bid materials must submitted by mail or in-person by May 28, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
