The Alexander Hughes Community Center is temporarily closed due to an unplanned system issue. A maintenance crew is actively addressing the issue, and we will reopen the community center when the repairs are complete. All scheduled activities, including classes, meetings, and ABC for Me preschool, have been cancelled or relocated through May 2.

Refuse Fees Adjustment for Vacancies If your home will be vacant for at least two months, you may apply for a refuse fees adjustment.
Low-income Sanitation Fees Discount & Utility User Tax Exemption The City offers a fee discount for qualified low-income households. To receive a fee discount for your Utility User Fee, you must fill out an application and submit qualifying income verification documents. Eligibility is based on criteria set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and in the Claremont Municipal Code.
