T. Willard Hunter Speakers Corner

The Speakers Corner is a Claremont 4th of July tradition that celebrates freedom of speech. T. Willard Hunter, a writer and community advocate, started the tradition in 1977 to give citizens an opportunity to express their opinions on national and local issues.

Please note that time slots are changed this year to accommodate the new 4th of July schedule. Speeches must be no more than five-minutes in length and biographies are limited to 100 words or less.
