All City services remain unaffected by Federal government shutdown

Work is moving forward on the First Street Rehabilitation Project. On Friday and Saturday, November 7 and 8, the City’s contractor, Hardy & Harper, will be out on First Street filling cracks and replacing sections of asphalt to get ready for paving to begin on Monday, November 10.
These repairs are being done a little early to stay ahead of the rain expected midweek on Wednesday, November 12. A City inspector will be on-site to make sure everything goes smoothly and meets the City's quality standards.
First Street will stay open during construction, but drivers may experience brief traffic stops and minor delays while crews are working. Foothill Transit has been notified about the project, and detour signs will be posted as needed.
