The Claremont Hills Wilderness Park is CLOSED due to current weather conditions. Rain can cause significant erosion, washouts, and slippery surfaces, making the park unsafe for visitors and damaging to the trails if used while wet.

City Flags to Half-Staff

All City flags have been lowered to half-staff in honor of the memory of former Vice President Richard Cheney. Richard “Dick” Cheney was the 46th Vice President of the United States, serving under President George W. Bush from 2001 to 2009. Flags will be lowered on November 5 and will remain at half-staff until after the day of his interment.
