2025 Emergency Preparedness Ad Hoc Committee Special Meeting

Mayor Calaycay established the Emergency Preparedness Ad Hoc Committee for the purpose of reviewing the City’s current emergency preparedness plans to assure that they are complete and strategic. The Committee will also consider the City’s emergency plans in the context of the plans and processes of other key stakeholders/partners.

All meetings will be Brown Act meetings and will be live-streamed and recorded so that the public can view recordings on the City’s website.

Public comment may be provided by one of the following methods. Each speaker will be given up to three (3) minutes to provide their comment.

OPTION 1: IN-PERSON LIVE COMMENTS – When the item you wish to speak to is announced, please proceed to the speaker’s podium one by one.

OPTION 2: E-MAIL/MAIL – Written comments sent to Stephanie Nguyen will be distributed to the Emergency Preparedness Ad-Hoc Committee and imaged into the record of the meeting.
