New Sanitation Billing System FAQ

New Online Utility Billing Portal Coming This Fall

We’re excited to launch a new online Utility Billing portal this fall for our sanitation customers. The updated system will make it easier and more convenient to view your bills, make payments, and manage your account. No action is needed right now — your current account will keep working as usual. The new online portal will launch this fall. The change will take effect for bills mailed in early October 2026.

Online and Paper Bills

Your October bill will be mailed to the address on your account. ALL CUSTOMER BILLS WILL BE MAILED IN OCTOBER. Even customers currently enrolled in autopay will receive a mailed bill. The October, bill which will be due in December, will contain your new account number. You may use this new number to enroll in the new online portal to access your account information.

Your statement will be available online on the new system. You may choose to pay by mail, phone, in-person, or online. Customers may also opt into paperless billing if they chose. You will not be automatically entered into paperless billing.

If you are currently enrolled in automatic payments, you will need to register in the new system with your new account number that will be in your October bill.
