City Council Special Meeting - 2025 State of the City Address

The State of the City Luncheon is the Chamber of Commerce's signature event, designed to inform and connect the community. Held annually, this event highlights the latest updates on City initiatives, projects, and programs that affect Claremont businesses, residents, and the local economy.

Attendees will gain insights into the City of Claremont's plans for the future, including developments that support the growth of Claremont businesses and enhance the city’s infrastructure.

The luncheon is ticket only but the presentation at noon is open to the public for free. A video recording of the presentation will be available following the event on the City and Chamber websites.

Agendas are posted on the website and at City Hall the Thursday evening before the meeting. Meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance.

Public Comment

Public comment may be provided by one of the following methods. Each speaker will be given up to three (3) minutes to provide their comment. 

 

OPTION 1: IN-PERSON LIVE COMMENTS – When public comment is announced, please proceed to the speaker’s podium one by one. 

 

OPTION 2: E-MAIL/MAIL – Written comments sent to the City Clerk’s office will be distributed to the City Council and imaged into the record of the meeting.
