Accessory Dwelling Units Pre-Approved Designs

The City of Claremont's Planning Division offers three pre-approved plans for the construction of Accessory Dwelling Units. Using pre-approved plans may streamline the approval and permitting process and save money on blueprints. The plans may be modified to fit your property. Each floor plan may be paired with three exterior design styles to match your home. 

Before beginning your ADU planning process, please be sure to discuss your property and your ADU with a City planner. The planner will guide you through the process and ensure you have met all the requirements before building.
