To be considered for selection, three (3) complete hardcopy Bids must be submitted to the Community Services Department, of the City of Claremont, 1616 Monte Vista Avenue, Claremont, CA 91711, or in electronic format to Jeremy Swan, Community Services Director at or before 2:00 p.m., February 16, 2026. The City of Claremont will receive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide sidewalk rehabilitation services. The work is generally described as minor concrete repair and is located at identified locations in the City. The City is home to over 25,000 trees that are planted in parkways throughout the City; trees that have established root systems often causing sidewalks to lift and crack. The awarded contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, and temporary traffic control related to remove and replace damaged public concrete, including sidewalks, walkways, curbs and gutters, and drive approaches. The City has a list of locations for the CONTRACTOR to complete upon commencement of the contract, including over 20,000 square feet of sidewalk, 5,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, and over 5,000 square feet of drive approaches. The City reserves the right to assign more or less quantities/work under the contract for the same unit price provided by the contractor in the Bid Form.
