The City has the need for an on-call and emergency repair responder to sanitary sewer and storm drains. The intent of this proposal is to identify a qualified firm to perform this service. Equipment and labor prices will be established as part of this RFP process, along with the costs for materials typically required to perform on-call sewer repair services.
To be considered for selection, three (3) complete electronic Bids must be submitted to the Community Services Department, of the City of Claremont, 1616 Monte Vista Avenue, Claremont, CA 91711, or in electronic format to Kristin Mikula, Community Services Manager at or before 2:00 p.m., February 12, 2026. Electronic copies shall be addressed to Kristin Mikula, kmikula@claremontca.gov, and Shelley Desautels, sdesautels@claremontca.gov.
