Mills Avenue Improvements

The City of Claremont (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the C.I.P. 2025-07 Mills Avenue Between Moreno Street and Arrow Highway Improvements, at the Office of the City Clerk, Claremont City Hall, 207 Harvard Ave., Claremont, CA 91711, no later than 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025.  Bids may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the deadline stated or by email to Sarah Reagan at sreagan@claremontca.gov. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.

Engineer's Estimate: $300,000
