Park View (formally known as La Puerta) will be a community comprising of 55 detached single-family homes including a small pocket park that will provide pedestrian access to the existing La Puerta Park. The construction of this community will begin with clearing of the site and rough grading activities. The rough grading activities will begin the week of October 27, 2025 and estimated to be completed in December 2025. The construction of the model homes is anticipated to begin early fall of 2026. A Construction Management Plan is in place to manage construction activities throughout the build and Taylor Morrison will have site contact information posted at all times in case there are any questions.
