L.A. Found

LA Found is a program headed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the L.A. County Aging and Disabilities Department that provides tracking bracelets to individuals  living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Autism or other cognitive impairments. If your loved one has an L.A. Found free tracking bracelet, and they go missing, we have you covered.

The bracelet is not under constant monitoring and is only activated by emergency services after a person is reported missing.

When a Claremont resident wearing a Project Lifesaver bracelet goes missing, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (in conjunction with the Claremont Police Department) deploys a specially equipped team to assist with search and rescue. Weather permitting, the Sheriff’s Department can also deploy helicopter-mounted receivers to assist the ground search team to help expedite locating the missing person.

Free bracelets are available for those who qualify, and for a limited period of time.  Click the link below to be redirected to the LA Found website, and take the next step in protecting your loved ones.
